AirWedge™
AirWedge is designed to safely move media between a facility’s SAG™ and HOX™ systems and its shipping containers. The process of media replacement is simplified by enabling workers standing on the ground to easily load media into the top of the treatment vessels. Once the media enters the system, an air educator operated by a small blower transfers the media from a small hopper to the top of the vessel. The AirWedge is available in several different configurations, all of which are further customizable to meet particular project needs.
Features:
- Includes a reusable DFT™ filter that captures dust in the vent air and prevents it from escaping into the atmosphere.
- Replaces media at a rate of three to five pounds/ minute.

Requirements for usage:
- Maximum allowable daily particulate emissions are .02 pounds.
- Downstream pipeline must not be restricted.
- System is designed for altitudes of 1,500 feet and below. Facilities that operate above 1,500 feet would require more expensive, customized solutions.
- Electrical - 460 volts, 3 phase.
- Discharge drum or box for spent media.
